Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 May 2026
These terms govern your use of www.luxloo.uk ("the Site"), operated by Luxloo ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or submitting a quote request, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You can contact us at info@luxloo.uk.
About the service
Luxloo is an information directory and lead-routing service for luxury portable toilet trailer hire suppliers in the UK. We are an intermediary only — we do not own, operate, or supply portable toilet trailers, and we do not negotiate prices, terms, or scope. Any contract for hire is concluded directly between you and the supplier you engage.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to use the Site or submit a quote request.
Quote requests
When you submit a quote request, the details you provide are shared with the supplier(s) you select so they can respond to you directly. A quote request is an enquiry, not a binding agreement. Suppliers set their own prices, availability, and terms, and any contract for hire is between you and the supplier.
Listings and supplier information
We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability. Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their own information. We may edit, suspend, or remove listings at our discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site;
- use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Site;
- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent quote requests;
- reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise interfere with the Site or its underlying systems;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Your content
When you submit a quote request, enquiry, review, or any other content, you grant Luxloo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purpose of operating the Site and providing the service to you.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, code, and the directory compilation — is owned by Luxloo or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
We are not liable for:
- the acts, omissions, performance, or quality of any supplier listed on the Site;
- any contract between you and a supplier, or any dispute arising from it;
- any indirect, consequential, or special losses, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Privacy
Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, including for breach of these terms.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the Site or our service, email info@luxloo.uk. We will acknowledge receipt within five working days and aim to resolve complaints promptly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site, except that consumers may also bring proceedings in the country of their habitual residence where required by mandatory law.
General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue in effect. These terms (together with our Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and Luxloo regarding your use of the Site. No third party has rights under these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
