About the service

LuxLoo is a directory that connects event planners with luxury portable toilet trailer hire suppliers across the UK. We do not provide hire services directly. All hire agreements are between you and the supplier.

Quote requests

When you submit a quote request through the Site, your details are shared with the relevant supplier(s) so they can respond to your enquiry. Submitting a quote request does not create a binding agreement. Any contract for hire is between you and the supplier.

Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure listing information is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site. Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings.

Limitation of liability

LuxLoo is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including any issues with suppliers found through the directory.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, and code — is owned by LuxLoo or used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
